Early C17, timber tramed brick building, ground floor and plinth
rendered. Tile roof. Three storeys. Two barge-boarding gables.
One window in each gable with brick and above. Two windows on
first floor, flat arches, flush frames, no glazing bars. brick
label above. Brick band continues first floor cills. Brick
rusticated quoins. Ground floor, two C19 three light windows,
frosted glass, flanked by Doric pilasters supporting fascia and
dentil cornice. Altered to rear. Panelled interior.

Nos. 5 to 9 (consec) with the County Hall form a group.
