C17 with C18 stucco timber framed front elevation. Tile roof. One
gable, one window in gable, flat arch casement with glazing bars.
Band continues cill and joins moulded eaves cornice. One window
each storey, flush framed with frieze and cornice, double hung sash
with glazing bars. Modern ground floor shop front built out.
Nos. 5 to 9 (consec) with the County Hall form a group.
