Early C19. Roughcast with sham timber framing. Low pitched pantile roof with
coped gable ends. 3 storeys. 2 windows, sashes only left hand with glazing bars.
Ground floor: on right projecting mid C19 shop front with curved corners entablature
and cornice. On left mid C19 pilastered shop front with entablature. North-east
gable is cobbled, both with coarsed and random cobbles and has brick quoins.
Included for group value.

Nos 18, 20 and 22, Cromer Baptist Church and Nos 26 and 28 Church Street together
with Nos 1 to 7 (consec) The Gateway including No 1 Surrey Street form a group.
