Small house at end of short row. Mid C19. Coursed squared limestone rubble,
painted to gable, and rendered at back and at hipped end; stone slate roof
with concrete ridge tiles, brick gable stack. Two storeys and attic, one
windowed: 2-light wood casements to wood lintels, and to swept roof dormer,
to left a C20 gabled porch and pair of doors. Small one storey extension,
left, and the same to right, contiguous with No 10 (Q.V.), both these rendered
and concrete tile. C20 casements at back, one G-pane fixed casement on return,
left. A modest cottage included primarily for group value.
