Barn and attached dwelling. C17. Flint with brick dressings. Pantile roof. Three-stead barn with attached single-cell dwelling. Facade to farmyard now has large central opening to barn with C19 brick dressings. To either side of this doorway is a C17 doorway, now blocked. To left a C17 doorway with a two-light window with timber mullion to each side. To rear of barn a large central door with slit lights to each side.

Interior. Repaired roof of three bays with tie beams and collar beams; staggered purlins with some arched wind-braces. Partition wall of flint with C17 blocked doorway; upper part of wall plastered. Doorway formerly to room with chimney; tie beam with beam below with notches for joists. Two rows purlins, upper with arched braces. Attached covered way to west connects with Flaxmans Farmhouse (item no 6/33 q.v.). To west is a cowshed with altered openings attached to another outbuilding (item no 6/35 q.v.).
