Cottage. C16, enlarged in C17, eaves raised in C19. Flint and brick. Pan-
tile roof. C16 2-cell plan, enlarged to 3 cells in C17. Facade of 3 bays,
2 storeys. Central door with small blocked light beside, central mullion
still in position. To left a Cl9 casement in segmental arched opening; a
small blocked light with hood mould to its left. Quoins to a third bay to
the right of these two bays; C19 casement under segmental arch; to its right
a small blocked light with hood mould. 3 C19 casements to first floor. Brick
dentil eaves cornice. Gable end stacks. 2 attic lights with hood moulds
to right hand gable; diapering between. To rear, doorway now blocked opposite
entrance door. Interior. Beams to left hand ground floor room with heavy
chamfer, transverse beam with run-out stop; bressumer beam with barred stop.
Right hand ground floor room has slightly cambered bressumer beam with
bevelled ogee and nicked stop.
