Cottage. Early C17. English bond brick; pantile roof. 3-cell plan. Single
storey and attic facade of 3 bays. Central gabled porch with sawtath brick
dentils; to right small stair light with moulded brick reveals; hood mould.
to left of porch a 3-light mullioned window with leaded panes and timber
mullions; moulded brick pediment over. To right of porch a 2-light mullioned
window with pediment. Brick dentil eaves cornice. 2 attic casements. Gable
end stacks. Right range gable brick stack corbelled out; shaft rebuilt; 2
small leaded attic lights with hood moulds. To rear one C20 casement in
earlier opening with hood mould; one C19 window; one attic casement.
Interior. Chamfered bressimer beam with lambs-tongue stop and nick. Roof
of C18 with staggered chamfered purlins. 2 attic lights now blocked.
