Probably early C18. Pair of houses. Plastered, with gable-ended pantile
roof. One storey and attic. Three gabled dormers with three-light casements,
two with wooden moulded drips. Ground floor two and three-light casement
and sash, all with wooden dripmoulds. The Cottage has pilastered doorcase
with entablature with dentilled cornice. Central brick chimney stack. The
Cottage has two-storeyed bay addition on south end with embattled pargret.
