House, dated 1729, for a member of the Cogman family. Red brick, renewed
plain tiles, gable parapets rebuilt. Single range extended C20 at rear to
left. 2 bays, 2 storeys, platband; end internal stacks; central doorway with
boarded door; datestone above inscribed A / 1729; 2 3-light leaded casements
B C
to each floor, those to ground floor with cambered arches. Left return with
brick tumbling in, eaves band and platband; ground and first floor with leaded
cross windows to left. Eroded datestone as to main facade. Right return
as to left return but without openings and datestone.
