C17 with C19 and C20 refurbishment. Brick, flint and re-used ashlar with pantiled
roof. 3-cell Lobby Entrance house transformed into 3 cottages in the C18.
Reconverted into a single dwelling in late C20. C19 extension to side. C20 extension
to rear. Single storey with attic. Original structure with off-centre axial stack
and door (now blocked) opposite stack. Facade mainly C18 with C17 brick, flint and
ashlar lower courses. Segmental arched door and window openings with polychrome
voussoirs. Door openings now windows. C20 casements and 4 C20 dormer windows. C19
west gable with tumbling-in on original brick, flint and ashlar end wall. Initials
I.B. on east gable tie ends.
