Former use unknown, store and workshop at time of listing, now converted to dwellings. C16 with C20 alterations. Flint and brick. Pantile roof. At right-angles to and away from street-line in yard. Two storeys. Two bays. Ground floor and first floor loading doors to right-hand side. C20 door and casement to the left with six-light mullion and transom window at first floor. Small gable dormer with loading doors. Diminished principal-rafter roof construction.
