Former house now office. Early C19. Painted brick and slate roof.
3 storeys. 2 bays. Door to right-hand side with semi-circular fanlight
having radial glazing bars, moulded surround and rubbed brick outer
arch. C20 3-light window to the left of the door. Sash windows elsewhere
with rubbed brick flat arches. Balconies to first floor windows with
cast-iron railings. Fascia cornice.
