Outbuilding. Late C17 with later alterations. Red brick with random grey headers; old plain-tile roof. Single storey and attic; 2-window range at right angles to street. Plank door to left, 2 plank doors to right of centre. 2-light casements to left of centre, and right. Venetian window to right return. Left return: flint base with brick dressings; red and grey brick above. 2-light casement to gable end. Queen-post roof. Attached flint wall to road.
