Terrace of 3 cottages. Early C19. Killas rubble with granite
dressings; asbestos slate roof to Nos 109 & 111 (left), dry
slate to No.113, axial brick stacks. Double-depth plan. 2
storeys; 3-window range. C20 sixteen-pane horned sashes to
109, original 12 and 16-pane hornless sashes to 111; C20
four-pane horned sashes to 113 with ground floor sash in
opening reduced from former shop front with oak lintel and
jamb of reused ships' timbers; other openings with segmental
brick arches except round arches over doorways of 111 & 113
both with blind spoked fanlights; C20 panelled doors.
