GV II

Two houses. Late C18 with early C19 rear wing. Brick; tile roof. 3 storeys; symmetrical 4-window range. Brick platt bands; dentilled brick cornice; end and middle brick pilaster strips; coped gables. Windows to ground and 1st floors have rubbed brick flat arches and keystones; ground floor has two 16-pane sashes and 2 small-paned casements; 1st floor has two 16-pane sashes and two 12-pane top-hung casements; 2nd floor has casements and one 8-pane sash; 2 cross-axial stacks. Left return has 2-storey wing with round-headed entrance with Tuscan aedicule; fanlight over 2-fielded-panel door. Right return has large porch; entrance with paired 3-panel doors and flanking sashes. Rear wing has dentilled cornice; coped gables and end stacks; segmental-headed 1st floor window with casement and 6-pane sash to 2nd floor. Rear segmental-headed windows. INTERIOR not inspected.
