The grade shall be amended to read: II* (star)

The description shall be amended to read:

House. Probably C15 altered C17. Timber-frame with brick infill and some stone
walling. Plain-tile roof with brick central ridge stack. Stack on projecting
lean-to. Hall-house with open hall remaining. Single storey, cellar and attic.
4-window range of 1- and 2-light leaded casements. Plank doors to centre left and
right. Lean-to projecting forward on left. Cellar door to right. Two 2-light
dormers with partly leaded lights. Stone walling on right end below tie beam and
2-light leaded casement above. Small casements to rear. Irregular square-panel
framing. Interior noted as having stack inserted C17 into possible smoke bay,
arched-brace collar-truss roof with coupled rafters and cusped windbraces.

Circa 1600. Timber frame and painted brick on stone rubble base, the
right-hand end wall of rubble with timber framed gable above; 1 storey
and attic; 2 casement windows with leaded lights; simple doorway with
nail studded plank door; 2 gabled dormers; sprocket eaves; old tiles.
