Barn. C17 with late C18 and mid-to-late C19 additions. Weather
boarded (C20 corrugated iron cladding to right-hand gable end) timber
frame with coursed limestone rubble plinth and addition to West;
eaves raised and weatherboarded in C19; corrugated iron roof with
catslide aver C19 lean-to at rear. One and 2 storeys. 5 framed bays
with additional stone bay to West. Framing: square panels, 3 up
to wall plate. South front: timber framed part to right with
5 loft openings and 4 ground floor doorways, some with boarded doors;
stone part to left with 2 boarded loft doors and segmental-headed
ground floor boarded door; vent and boarded basement door in left-
hand gable-end. Interior: roof with 2 pairs of purlins; tie-beam
trusses with queen struts.
