Service block, now house. Circa 1800. Red brick with hipped slate roof.
One storey. Cement-rendered plinth and dentil brick eaves cornice.
Central brick ridge stack and brick stack to rear. 2 bays; 16-pane
glazing bar sashes with painted stone cills and gauged-brick heads.
Entrance at rear. Short section of wall adjoining to left with stone
coping and boarded door in elliptical gauged-brick archway. This building
adjoins Cherwell House (q.v.) to which No. 27 was formerly the service block.
