Timber-framed on sandstone and brick plinth with painted brick infill and additions; asbestos slate roof. Framing: close-set vertical posts with horizontal members to left and rectangular panels, two from cill to wall-plate, to right; corner posts to left gable end may be reused cambered tie beams. C20 casements to left and centre with late C19 casement to right; late C19 gabled eaves dormer directly above centre window. Entrances to left and right; C19 boarded doors with bracketed pedimented hoods. Prominent red brick stack immediately in front of ridge to right of centre and large truncated external end stack to left. Mid C19 two-storey gabled brick addition to rear on right with contemporary brick lean-to to left.
