Semi-detached cottage. C19. Ham stone near-ashlar; Welsh slate roof with plain gables; brick chimney stack. Two
storeys, 3 bays. Sash windows of 16 panes in plain openings having voussoired flat-arched heads; to lower bay 3 a C20
door in plain opening. Interior not seen. (Attached on east side is No 44 (qv)).
