Detached farmhouse. Early C19. Local stone rendered, Ham stone ashlar dressings; Welsh slate roof between stepped coped
gables; stone and brick chimney stacks. Two storeys, 4-bay east elevation. Plinth, string above first floor; shallow
hollow-chamfer mullioned windows in chamfered surrounds, the outer bays to both levels having 1+3+1 light angled bay
window, and the middle first floor windows being 3-light with labels; spanning ground floor bays 2/3 is a projecting
flat roofed porch with plinth, angled corner buttresses, string and moulded coped plain parapet, with 4-centre arched
single-light window to sides and a cambered arched doorway to the front, under a deep square lintel with carved
panelled spandrils. Leanto against north gable; wing wall with sweep against south gable; extensions to rear. Interior
not inspected.
