Former Farmhouse. C18 origins, remodelled in C19. Brick rendered and colourwashed; hipped plain clay tile roof with
undulations; brick end chimney slacks. Two storeys, 3 bays. Large 4-pane sash windows below, and 3-light horizontal bar
casement windows above, all in plain openings; in centre is a projecting rendered single-storey porch with
semi-circular outer arch, and its?de a fielded-panel segmental arched door. Interior has late C18 staircase, fielded
panelled doors, and stone flag floors.
