Circa 1680, a good group restored 1980-81. Rubble with pantile roofs. 3 gables,
possibly originally one (or 2) gables to No 1 (making continuous gabled front).
End gable to Selwood Road has coping. 2 storeys and attics. 5 windows, 2 and 3
light moulded mullion windows with drips, mixed glazing bar sashes and casements
(C19). Further windows to Selwood Road return. 3 plain doors and a blocked carriage
arch (C19). At time of re-survey No 1 (former King's Head Inn) had a large ground floor
moulded Tudor arch fireplace with herringbone fireback and traces of an arrangement
of date-stone similar to No 11 Bath Street. No 2 had staircase with moulded risers.
On ground floor a blocked large fireplace with bread oven in cupboard to left and
display cupboard next to staircase. On first floor an early C18 fireplace with
vernacular Baroque shaped lintel. No 3 has newel stair to right of fireplace.
2 gables to rear.
