Early-mid C19 rendered, No 13 grooved as ashlar. 2 windows each, No 12 paired
windows, casements on 2nd floor, glazing bars on 1st floor, No 13 raised surrounds
to C19 sashes. C20 shop-fronts. Pantile roofs. No 12 has an early C18-type
chimney to left.
Interior of No 13 has exceptionally thick walls, thought to represent late
medieval fabric, especially in view of a number of carved corbels found there.
The probability is that No 13 (together with No 14) represents the site of
St Catherine's Chapel.
