Detached cottage. C17. Rendered rubble stone, double Roman clay tile gabled roof with wood bargeboards and coursed
rubble stone end chimney stacks with caps. 2-storey 2-window front. L-plan with lean-to on left in which is set the
entrance. C20 vertical boarded door set in step chamfered wood frame. 2-light C19, 2-pane wood casements set in step
chamfered stone mullion frames. Weathered string course at eaves level, 2-light, step chamfered stone mullion window
with 6-pane casements in right hand return.
