House now school, c1800 with various later modifications. Brick with low pitched hipped Welsh slate roof. Two storeys, six-window range. North elevation has three-window range to right with tripartite sashes in high segmental arches flanking twelve-pane sash with flat-arched gauged brick head. Twelve-pane sash windows above. Large canted full-height bay to left, with twelve-pane sash windows with flat-arched gauged brick heads, string course below upper windows. This section may represent the original building, and to the left of this, slightly projecting squared bay with tripartite sash windows on each floor, and stone string course over lower window is probably a later addition. Left hand bay has tripartite sash window with plain wood lintel to ground floor, twelve-pane sash window above. Lower two-storeyed single-window range block to right, possibly original service end.
