Incorrectly shown on OS map as Bicknell's House. Cottage. C17. Rendered over random rubble, thatched roof, slate down
from roof ridge at rear, external stack right with brick chimney and to left. One and a half storeys, irregular
fenestration; C20 2 and 3-light casement window with leaded panes, three 3-light dormers, others 2-light except one
3-light to left of central porch, single storey extension left, one bay, independently thatched. Outshut at rear.
Interior: reputedly contains stud and panel screens on either side of cross passage, one partially cut; chamfered beams
with runouts and stops. (VAG Report, unpublished SRO, March 1974).
