House. Early C19.
MATERIALS: painted stucco at front, painted brick in Flemish
bond at rear. Slate, gabled roof.
PLAN: long rectangular plan with cross gable on left.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. 3 chimneys with corniced heads and clay
pots. 3-light C19 casement windows with 2 glazing bars have
moulded architraves and keystones decorated with shell and
flower motifs. Entrance front, south-east, single bay gable
projecting on left with curved, pierced bargeboards. 2-bay
section on right with pent porch in angle, with Gothic
traceried head. Entrance door of 6 fielded panels.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
