BURTON OVERY MAIN STREET (West Side) SP69 NE 3/11 Barn and Wall at The Banks Farm House GV II Barn and wall. C18 and early C19. Red brick and coursed rubble stone and Swithland slate hipped roof. 1 storey with stone lower courses, brick upper and brick dentilled eaves. Central wide doorway with cambered lintel. Stable door to right. Above are 5 ventilation roundels. On right end, facing Churchyard of St. Andrew (q.v.) are 2 blind 1st floor windows. Further windows, 1st floor doorway and 5 ventilation roundels to rear. Projecting to rear from right corner a brick wall c2m high divides farm from churchyard and links with right corner of The Banks Farmhouse (q.v.)
