A Grade II* Listed Building in Great Glen, Leicestershire

Church of St. Cuthbert, Great Glen

Tower west aspect, heavily restored 1875. Window with Decorated Gothic reticulated tracery and quatrefoil head, piercing the string course. A repaired crack leads up from this to a stone with a carved face on it. Only the top triangle remains of an opening which probably had Y tracery similar to the bell openings. (Photo Aug 2007).
