House, late C18 seen here. Coursed limestone rubble and ashlar, slate roof with stone coped gables and chimney stacks. Two storey five bay east front in ashlar with coursed rubble plinth. Central C19 glazed door with leaded porch in the Chinese taste on on C19 decorative iron supports. The windows are glazing bar sashes with flat lintels and splayed keystones. The house was used as a hotel in the second half of C20. (Photo taken against the westering Sun with my hand as a shade, Mar 2014).
