Forming north range of courtyard of which Old School forms the south range. Two storeys plus attics. Built of stone rubble with ashlar dressings, pantile roof, early C16. Retains many original windows, and on south front two storeyed bay window of five lights. End walls gabled, with stone coping and ball finial. (Photo Dec 2014).
