House with shop. C17, early and mid C19, C20. Coursed ironstone rubble, red brick, render and colourwash.

Two storey, three bay rendered brick early C19 front with C20 slightly projecting shop front with central partially glazed double doors, flanked by fixed shop windows of two narrow vertical lights each. Single plain sash to right. Three plain sashes above, all with segmental heads. Colourwashed rubble north return wall with deep set doorway to left with bracketed hood and panelled door. Glazing bar sash to right with wooden lintel. Small larder air vent opening beyond covered in gauze and with wooden lintel. Two storey, Three bay extension to right with decorative brick eaves. Large doorway with segmental head and double plank doors. Two small shuttered openings above flank larger shuttered opening. Interior walls of very thick C17 rubble.
