Lodge to Sefton Park. c.1870. André and Hornblower. Brick
with stone dressings, slate roof. T-plan, 2 storeys. Porch
in angle has hipped roof. Canted mullioned and transomed
bay to left of porch; jettied 1st floor with timbering and 2
figures in niches to window jambs. Porch matched by
extrudel corner to left of bay widnow. 2 brick stacks.
Gable to Ullet Road has canted bay window and 1st floor
jetty. Entrance has segmental pointed head.
