House. Late C17, much renovated early 1980s. Timber frame with small tension
braces, C20 brick infill to front and colourwashed render infill to right
gable. Some timbers completely renewed C20. Rubble stone base indicates that
house once extended further to right. Present right end has C20 brick base.
Slate roof, central brick chimney with shaft rebuilt C20. 2 storeys and attic;
2 bays. Front has 3-light horizontal sashes, renewed C20. C20 attic casement
and board door in right gable. C20 single-storey extension in matching style to
rear. Included for group value.
