Late C17 red brick built house built in English bond. Stone quoins. Granite rubble plinth with chamfered coping and gable copings. Swithland slate roof. Horizontal sliding sashe windows with wooden glazing bars and high segmental header arches, each over a brick tympanum of Measham gobs (double sized bricks to limit the cost of a brick tax).
