Architect M Bunney. A picturesque group of "Dutch-Tudor" character. Nos 7 and 13
stand forward of Nos 9 and 11. The whole is a balanced composition of 2 storeys
in plaster roughcast. It has been included as one of the best examples of this
style in the suburb and on account of its prominent position and juxta position
to Item 83 (Nos 15 to 21 Meadway and 19 Heathgate).
