Early C19 facade with modifications to probably basically an C18 house. Brick
with added, or rebuilt, parapet, gabled roof, end chimneys. 3 storeys, 6 windows
with segmental arches, sashes with recessed frames and glazing bars. Centre ground
floor has large round headed carriageway arch giving access to warehouse and wharf.
Arch flanked by tall sashes with glazing bars. Cuter small doors on each side.

The Grapes Public House and Nos 78 to 94 (even) form a group.
