Early/mid C19. Adjoining St Paul's churchyard. Brown brick with later top floor
in stock brick. Roof not visible. End of building faces the road. 2 storeys,
2 windows. Eastern or main facade. Centre wing of 3 storeys, 7 windows flanked
by 2 storey wings of one window each and stuccoed alcoves. Windows all have glazing
bars. Those of ground and 2nd floor with round headed moulded stucco archivolts.
Stucco bands to top and ground floor level of arch springing and at 1st floor
sill height. Heavy eaves cornice (now surmounted by top storey of centre section).
Stucco recessed panel above 1st floor of main section. Flanking doors with heavy
stuccoed porches with double pilasters, entablature and cornice.
