1899. Red brick, glazed ground floor with stuccoed string course above. Slate
roof with bracketed eaves cornice. 4 storeys with additional storey under gable.
3 windows, each window bay above ground floor set in banded red and orange brickwork.
Similar banding in gable which is separated from 3rd floor by red brick cornice,
frieze and entablature. Windows red brick arches, except those in gable end,
centre round orange brick tympanum, side windows have flat arches. Ground floor
windows with stuccoed mullions and surrounds. Central doorway with bracketed
pediment above. Rear corner canted.
