No 12 - early C19, 2 storeys, stucco. Castellated parapet with end pinnacles. One
window above with perpendicular style tracery. Battlemented bay projection to ground
floor with cast-iron palmettes between battlements.

No 14 - (Magnolia Cottage) adjoining above. Also early C19, 2 storeys, 2 windows
wide. Painted brick with "Gothick" windows, stucco quoins and battlemented parapet.
