C18 front to possibly earlier core. 2 storeys. Painted weatherboarding. One
modern paired sash and one modern casement to 1st floor and 1 old sash and modern
casement to ground floor. Old tile roof with central brick stack to front of
ridge. Entrance to No 5 at left hand end through glazed lean-to vestibule attached
to shop front of No 3.

Nos 1 to 25 (odd) Park Lane form a group with Nos 45 to 57 (odd) The Broadway,
with Nos 1 to 9 (odd) Malden Road, with garden wall to north of Nos 1 and 3
Malden Road, with the Rectory garden walls and laundry in grounds of Rectory.
