Terraced house. Facsimile rebuild of c.1790-1800 Portman Estate terrace
house. Stock brick with channelled stuccoed ground floor,slate roof. 4
storeys and dormered mansard on basement, 2 and 3-window wide front.
semicircular arched doorway with fanlight to left. Recessed sashes under
gauged flat arches. Continuous early C.19 pattern metal balcony on 1st
floor. Stucco cornice and blocking course. Included for group value only.
