Pair of houses. Mid C19. Yellow-brown brick in Flemish bond with stucco
dressings. Welsh slate roof. 3 storeys and basement. 4 bays arranged 1:2:1
with central breakforward and narrow entrance bays to each side. Flight of steps
to 4-panel doors with overlight in architrave under cornice on consoles. Sash
windows with glazing bars, margin lights to 1st and ground floor centre, in
architraves. Cornices to ground floor windows. sill bands. Overhanging hipped
roof. Linked to No 17 (qv) by single storey stucco block of 3 bays with slightly
projecting outer bays. Included for group value only.
