Pair of houses. Mid C19. Yellow-brown brick in Flemish bond with stucco
dressings. Welsh slate roof. 3 storeys and basement. 4 bays arranged 1:2:1
with central breakforward and narrow entrance bays to each side. Flight of steps
to double doors with divided overlight in architrave under cornice on consoles.
Sash windows with glazing bars, tripartite windows to ground and 1st floors of
centre. Architraves throughout, cornice on consoles to ground floor centre
windows. First floor sill band. Hipped roof. Included for group value only.
