Terraced town house. c.1729. Red brick with early C.19 stucco facing
to ground floor and top 2 floors added sympathetically in 1870s
slate roof. 3 original storeys plus 2 later ones and basement. 3
windows wide. Entrance to left with 6 - panel door and lunette
fanlight, elongated console-brackets to cornice hood over; segmental
arched ground floor windows in architraves. Upper floors have
segmental red brick arched windows with French casements on 1st floor
and recessed sashes to upper floors. Parapet with coping. Early C.19
cast iron balcony to 1st floor with cast iron balustrade. Wrought
iron area railings with urn finials. Interior retains panelling to
passage-hall, in front ground floor room and in part on cut string
staircase walls.
