Pair of semi-detached houses. Circa 1840. Stucco. Hipped roof to eaves. 2
storeys and basement. Each house 2 windows wide. Paired pilasters to centre
composition and flanking outer bay. Outer bay with square-headed entrance and
recessed panelled studded doors. Square-headed windows, architraved. Tripartite
glazing to centre bays. Sashes, plate glass. Cast iron window guards to ground
floor. Moulded stucco band between storeys.
