Terrace house. c.1722. Brown brick, tiled roof. 3 storeys, basement and
dormered mansard. 3 windows wide. Entrance to right with wooden
architrave doorcase and carved consoles to cornice-hood, door of 6 fielded
panels. Flush framed glazing bar sashes under flat gauged rubbed brick
arches. Wood cornice band across ground floor window heads, brick play
bands and parapet with coping. Wrought iron area railings with flambé
torch finials. Part of an exceptionally well preserved enclave of early
C.18 housing together with Barton and Lord North Streets q.v.
