about 9m south of east end of
vestry, Church of St. Peter and
St. Paul

GV II

Chest tomb; third quarter C18; stone. Flat lid with moulded
edge. Sides main panel flanked by narrow ones at ends: winged
head in centre top, flanked flowers, pendant rings in top corners,
with flowers and scrolls framing panel. Flanking panels pendant
rings at top with flowers, leaves and fruit below. Ends plain,
in different stone, probably renewed in C19; thick plain ends frame
side panels. Commemorates Samuel Harvey, died 1768, Daniel
Harvey, 1775, with late inscriptions up to 1869. Long s's in
original inscriptions.
