Circa 1805. Built by William Wilkins, Senior. Grey gault brick. 2 storeys.
The garden front has a central bow with 3 French windows, flanked by one
on either side, the central three are coursed by a curved glazed cast-iron
verandah of the mid C19. Above are 4 sash windows with jalousies. The
west end is brought forward. Modern entrance with earlier covered way.
Interior with good plasterwork and plain staircase. Slate roof. North-east
wing of circa 1900, North-west wing C20. (RCHM 288).
